Email support@haystackstudios.games. A person reads it — usually the person who wrote the app — and answers within a couple of days, faster on a hunt day if you put the hunt’s code in the subject.

Common questions

• A sleuth lost their session. They type the join code again and pick their own name — “rejoin” moves the name to the new phone.
• A suspect’s pass phrase isn’t being accepted. Spacing and punctuation don’t matter, spelling does; the organizer can see wrong guesses on the Live tab.
• Where are last year’s photos? Selfies are removed 30 days after the reveal — export the hunt as a ZIP from the console before then.
• Delete my data. Organizers: Account → Delete in the console or the app. Anyone else: email us with the hunt’s name.
